wide 5 rims (early dome hubcaps not late flat hubcaps) on '70 yeah.  I
have seen some '70s with factory power brakes on wide 5 drums
amusingly...  and saw a 1 2x0 vin 70 with 5x112 and disks.   so
crazyness happens.

factory bus wide 5s -are- vented, but not as obviously as the 5x112 71+ wheels.
