Sounds like what we dealt with recently. We found the spade terminal connection at the base of the steering column (accessed from behind the front bumper) had disconnected. The 12v+ is supplied to the horn â only when key is on. Horn sounds when 12vâ circuit is made via horn button. Robt Mann '73 1600dp Devon
