[T2] Kadron carb rebuilding

I have a 73 panel van with a 76 2.0 engine I converted to dual Kadron carbs about 10 years ago.  The carbs were a little over jetted for the 2.0, but it ran so well, I never tried to change the jets.  But, about 2 years ago, the right side carb started misbehaving on start-up – especially if the bus had been sitting for a few days.  The right side would not run at all for a minute or two, but usually whatever was clogging the carb cleared itself and it then ran fine.

More recently, despite a couple of rebuilds (one by me, and one by a shop), it has gotten worse.  Clearly, despite blowing out the jets and soaking the body, something ain’t right.

Does anybody know of a professional carb rebuilding service they would recommend?  I am at the point where I would be happy to ship them off for a proper rebuild.
