I would not think you would need SEATS at that mileage. Guides earlier than seats. Seats need to be shrunk in, usually put the head in an oven for a while. My guess is that there is a learning curve. Then the valve seating area needs to be cut concentrically. There are NEWAY cutters, which do a good job. But I'd guess buying the cutters might be $500-1000. My brother has them. Or a hot rod shop with a SERDI machine.
