Be ready with a way to stop the flow of gas when you grab the fuel line. I spent some time under my bus one day until my son happened by with a broken hose and no way to plug the tank (! As far as painting inside that area - it is mostly in very good condition, I think. It looked like it was covered in a thick layer of grime, and dust. I'll probably just scrub it out, and maybe if I see any rust, I'll put some of that master series stuff on there. -Kevin Guarnotta Jamaica Plain, MA â78 Westy '69 Singlecab '65 Ez-camper -----Original Message----- From: Bob Pratt [mailto:ka1dza at verizon.net] Subject: Re: [T2] Single cab Gas Tank removal Hey Kevin, While your at it, you might as well get the gas tank area cleaned up and painted and replace the fuel lines too!
