[T2] Loose steering on 73 bus

Thanks for all the suggestions.  Pretty sure a rusty beam is not the issue,
but since I will be under there anyway, I will check!  I just ordered
replacement parts for everything BUT the steering box.  Not looking forward
to replacing the center pin!
