I could, but I already have a 914 sump plate sensor installed on this motor; connected to a gauge from an early rabbit convertible. All I require is an accurate measurement of the length from the shank (handle) to the tip, and from the handle to the add mark. Then I can add a handle to a brass or steel rod and mark it accordingly. One of the best parts of that conversion will be going back to the original oil filler tube and dipstick rather than the top mounted tube and filler used on the 411/412/914. > > But... the engine I bought didnât come with a dipstick. So I was hoping someone out there could please tell me the measurements I need to fabricate one for myself. > > Happy Trails, > > Greg Potts > 197x Westfakia âBob the Tomatoâ > Www.pottsfamily.ca > _______________________________________________ > type2 mailing list > type2 at type2.com > https://www.type2.com/lists/type2/listinfo
