I looked into having one made out of thermoplastic. Found a shop that was interested and has the facility. Gave me an estimate of $5,000. Plastic would also solve the weight issues, too. Bell Plastics in Hayward, CA. Maybe we could get them to cut us a deal if get more than one made.
