[T2] turn signal cancellation

Alright Chris, here's what I found poking around.  With the bus pulled
straight into the garage, I see that my cancel ring flange IS on the left,
at 900.  When I looked at additional pictures I took for the link I sent, I
can see that the steering wheel is not centered correctly,  so the picture
we're looking at isn't going to help. So my bus matches Bentley.  The only
thing I can figure is that the repro switch is different enough to have a
problem or a height adjustment is needed.  Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

As for the pictures, all the wiring comes straight out of the fuse box top
and runs between the ignition housing and that metal plate seen in Fig 7-2
in Bentley.  The turn signal wires the pop out of a hole in the top of the
housing and into the turn signal.  I'll try to get a picture soon, but Al
might have better luck since his is all apart.
