Finally, Found that I had swapped the black/blue and the black/violet wires from the turn signal switch. Color Blind? Maybe. Emergency flashers work correctly as do the turn signals. I must have spent 4 hours chasing that one. Key here was understanding how the flasher relay works. Next challenge it to get the headlights working. I have high beams only. Fuses are OK. The oil warning light does not shut off when the engine is started. Oil pressure gage shows 50+ PSI on start up. Fun and games. Drove the bus around the neighborhood. The steering seems to be working well since I replaced the gear follower pin the the steering gearbox. New pins are available from Schofield in England. Not cheep but less than a rebuild.
