[T2] Bay front end in a split

I think a 1968-69 beam will fit. 70-79 have a bigger bolt pattern and will
take some fabrication to fit. The thing is, the ball joints are all the
same, thus any year uprights will fit the 69 beam. This means 71-71 and
73-79 which both take disc brakes but the 73-79 are bigger, or better, I
think.
