[T2] jack storage

Hey Chris,

I'm not sure about a '71, but on my '69 there is a bracket welded to the bus, and a clip that straps the jack down. Here is a pic of the bracket, I'll try to find a pic of the clip that attaches to that. (mine is still undergoing a VERY slow restoration - and shop is closed, so I can't get a pic). If I find a pic I'll send it over.
