[T2] Adjustable Tie Rod: Which Side?

a lot depends on weather the bus was designed and built with left or right 
hand drive.  (and the manual is for one or the other)

and these things changed occasionally and maybe a previous owner put them 
on wrong.(although cornsidering the different lengths that seems unlikely)
if you can't find an answer I will go out tommorrow and look under my bus 
but that is no assurance that it is correct
