Thanks for the welcome back folks.

Now for my first question.

Does anyone have a source for the plastic sliders for late bus sliding 
windows?

Back on the the first bus Karl gave me Vanagon numbers for them and I 
ordered some from VW.  They needed to be modified slightly but worked
great.

All I can see on thesamba(not finished looking yet) is that they seem to 
be no longer available anywhere.  If I have to, I will copy the design and 
print my own but still looking

I have also been looking for some of the rubber U channel that the windows
slide in without much luck.
