[T2] frozen brake drums

try towing van in neutral might break em free.
won't hurt to use some solvent since they will need to be replaced anyway
whack drums a few times with large hammer to lossen em up.

if it hasn't moved in 15 years everything will need to be replaced so you 
don't have to be too careful.  the shoes are shot, brake pistons are cheap 
enough to replace them, brake lines will need to be changed for safety. 
drums will at a minimum need to be turned, or replaced.
