[VB] 1500???

I found a sp engine … engine number is 8066133 - I think that means 1500 from 1964 - but i'm not sure. Its pretty rusty but sp.'s are hard to come by here … its rusty and seized … i was thinking about rebuilding it? Is it crazy to tackle that on a rusty rusty seized core? 

Can anyone confirm that 8066133 is a 1500 SP?
