[VB] Content filtering for list posts

For some reason, I decided not to turn this on. Now, it is on. If it looks
like appropriate content is not making it through, the filter may be
clogged. Perhaps a solid rinsing is in order, or it may need to be replaced
all together. Let me know and I'll have a look.
