[VB] Wheel bolts

Was just out in the garage prepping for a brake job. Was very surprised 
that the wheel bolts on 3 wheels were not tight. They were still snug, 
however nowhere near as tight as when I installed them last. I've never 
seen this before in 45 years of driving my bus. I'll be sure to use my 
torque wrench when I reinstall.

Moral of the story:  Its spring time, almost summer. You will be driving 
more.   CHECK YOUR WHEEL BOLTS!!!  It couldn't hurt!
