[VB] [T2] Jack tie down? + dashboards

Wow – that is super helpful. I thought there was another part, I guess I just am supposed to pull that upper piece over the lower piece. I didn’t realize that. I thought something held them together. I am also realizing I may need that lower bumper piece as well.

These long extended projects really stretch my brain for keeping track of things! Maybe I have it around here somewhere it one of my boxes of parts.

Not sure if the bracket in your '69 is the same as my '71, but here are links to some pictures of mine.  It's only two parts, welded in bottom and clip top.
