just to get it all into one place: this is the split bus? rear tire size? trans final drive? big or small nut or no redux? measured RPM at ~~65 or some other speed? engine details? bore/stroke/CR/valves/cam/heads exhaust/ignition/injection oil pump size cooling? doghouse/nondoghouse? external oil cooler plumbed in where? hot oil pressure (measured at the OP sender port is fine) at highway speed? (tells us what the relief valves are doing which directly relates to cooling) complete tinwork with rubber seal and hoover bits? thermostat vanes in shroud or not? crank pulley diam, gen/alt pulley diam? (even "stock" means various things) I think that's the nutshell.....I know you've covered most of this before, but putting it all in one place might help.
