Conrad, New hinges might be the solution. They can wear out and the doors will sag. Check with Wolfsburg West. They have some hinge components for repairs including an oversize front door lower and a reamer to clean out the hole. Search for "hinge" and you will get a long list. If they don't have what you want, then look into some of the european parts suppliers. They may have exactly what you need. I found brand new steering box parts in England for my bay. The parts were not available in North America as far as I could figure out. Try Paruzzi.
