When I was chasing mine down, I pulled the entire harness and did ohm tests. Passed easily. That is because the connection was loose, not broken. http://guacamolebus.blogspot.com/2009/02/fuel-injection-wiring-harness.html It definitely made troubleshooting a bit more difficult since I believed my harness was 100% when it wasn't. Now, if you have access to a spare, swapping harnesses isn't hard and may be worth trying.
