[T2] Rear Outer Bearing - '72 Weekender

Wow - haven't seen a flanged outer bearing in a REAL long time, probably 25
years or so.

Flanged Bearing - VW 211501283B - superseded to the current non-flanged
211501283D in July 1980, so it's the correct replacement.

Fits Bus 71-79, Vanagon 80-91
