[T2] 71 Bus Rear brakes

My book tells me to put the connector and spring on before I try to get
the shoes in. Are you saying put the shoes in and then to the connector
and spring?

Thanks

You can do it with the hub on, just might need a needle nose on the long
straight end of the spring to get it hooked up while working behind the
hub.

If you can, work on one wheel at a time, then you can use the side
you're not working on as a reference.

I've had trouble getting the parking brake cable hooked up before - if
you have trouble there, loosen the adjuster (under the middle of the
bus, where the front parking brake cable meets the two rear ones).

Good Luck!

I got the old shoes off without removing the hub. Trying to get the new
shoes on is proving to be the problem.
