[T2] Hydraulic lifters

TDC.
adjust just to touch lifter.
then turn 1/2, 1, 1 1/2 or 2 turns tighter
everyone seems to have thier preference and reason.
VW specs 2 turns. I have mine at 1.5 turns for feel good reasons and 
nothing exotic just seems to be majority of opinions.
repeat on other 3cyl,

new engine is done slightly differently
