[T2] Spark from distributor to plug wires

Thank you everyone for the great feedback and troubleshooting advice. I
tried a shot of starting fluid but had no luck. Fortunately, family and
friends were able to help push the bus into the garage. I won't have time
until Saturday morning to take a further look.

Bob, my bus is a '71 with the stock 34 pict-3 carb.

I hope to tell all of success on Saturday :) I certainly dislike the works
one day, doesn't work the next symptom. 10+ years with a bus certainly
teaches patience and acceptance.
