If you don't have one, go out and buy a remote starter switch. This will
make one man trouble shooting a lot easier.  If you replace one of the
clamps on the ends of the leads with a 1/4 female spade things will be
easier still. A terminal like this
http://www.elecdirect.com/piggyback-connector-16-14ga-pvc-blue-100pk will
allow you to have both the remote switch and the key switch hooked up at
the same time.
