now am getting no trigger to fuel injectors.

went thru entire FI trouble shooting flow chart to point where it says 
"Bad ECU"  so I swap out both of my known working spares.  still nada???

they were working last time I checked a few days ago.  was flooding the 
thing.  now noticed no gas smell.. but pump was running???
