[T2] why it won't start

Never mentioned fuel pressure check?  Need to put gauge to T in line 
from fuel rail.  Too much is bad, like if the vac line to pressure 
regulator is bad?  If bad gas, a puff of ether should let it run for 
about 2 seconds.
