[T2] raining in Baltimore

it is obviously a fuel delivery problem.
hate ether got huge backfire, timing is still not dead on.
(got to put all my hoses back on)
gotta find a way to dribble some gas into intake manifold.

cranked and cranked and cranked and then pulled plug and was almost dry.

have fuel presure (35psi)
have weak flicker at injector plug (these are 3-4yr old injectors not 
originals)  ??? all four stuck????
have flicker on test light at neg term of coil.


can't find my tool for getting injectors out to test,
  and it is now raining.
