Easier to pull injectors in pairs and look at the tips while cranking. 
As for adding ether to manifold, any hose going into manifold could be 
pulled, ethered, and returned?  I once traced no start in Nyssa's bus to 
bad ECU, as it was not giving the signal to ground the plugs.
