[T2] torsion bar zerk fitting locations

Thanks for the reply Jim. I did raise the front end one side at a time and
got the grease in with minimal resistance.

The only zerk in the center is for the swing lever bushings,  the tubes
> only have zerks near their outer ends.  You are supposed to raise the front
> end while greasing the tubes, though I am not sure why this matters.
