[T2] @&^%$$ oil leak still there after engine pull/install

I got a trans shaft leak too after changing its o-ring.

I saw one suggestion that old gear oil can be too thin and get past the o-ring.

But I'm intrigued by your comment about cleaning the air vent.

I didn't know manual trannies had them. Where is it located?
