[T2] [Q] Starter Won't Turn

Was going to avoid crossing terminals -- have been told doing so isn't good
for the starter. But, under the circumstances, am going to do it! Also,
like the "hammer" suggestion. Hey, it's worked to free drum brakes -- why
not a starter? Best tool in the toolbox...

And about the relay -- don't know the answer.
