[T2] [Q] Starter Won't Turn-now blocked gas tank

The tank I used had been a hot attic how many years I don't know- I 
suspect the lining may have dried and/or expansion of the tank cracked 
it- these linings should have some flex.

MUTS  = Michael's Ultimate Thumb Saver oboe, clarinet support
