[T2] [Q] Starter Won't Turn-now blocked gas tank

I second red kote to resurface the tank

Also Add a high strength magnet to the upper side of the tank (can easily be reached by removing the plate on the passenger side wall above #1 spark plug). Leave it there 
; Any loose metal will stick to it instead of going to filter.
