Fellow bus owners: I recently made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing a steering box for my 73 bus from Partsgeek. The steering box looked nice coming out of the box, but was junk. I obtained an RMA from Partsgeek, boxed it up and sent it back - having to pay the postage, installation and removal costs. A couple of months later I noticed that I had not received a refund, so I called Partsgeek to see why not. They say they cannot find the part without the postal tracking number (since the part actually goes back to the supplier). I had thought the RMA *was* the tracking number but the RMA appears to be useless for tracking the return. The bottom line is after some astonishingly snotty emails from Partgeek customer service, they simply will not refund my money. I strongly recommend my fellow bus owners avoid this company.
