[T2] Single cab Gas Tank removal

[Al Brase]

I had the one out of my double cab once and it seems like it was a tight
fit.I think you have to remove the fitting for clearance. I'm gonna do the
same to my 56 single cab, but that one has the cable operated shutoff.
