[T2] windshield washer spray nozzle

Ok- trying to put my 1969 singlecab back together. The washer nozzles are in pretty bad shape. I was going to get some new ones - I see some that are supposed to be the same, and some that have two squinters. Original style is $5, new 'improved version' is $10. How are these? Anyone have experience with these.
I can probably get my old ones to work, I hate to buy new ones - then find out they suck, and a beat up old one is better than the new ones.

I also plan on replacing the washing hose and thought I had some left over from some previous repairs, but can't seem to find it. What size hose should I be looking for?
