[T2] 71 brake drum removal

Bang the hell out of it with a heavy hammer. Don’t be afraid: you’re not going to hurt it, just bang it.

Hit hard, rotate 1/4 turn, hit hard, repeat.

If you’re REALLY stuck, loosen the lug nuts a smidge - probably just enough that you can fit a feeler gauge in - and drive around the block.  That will loosen it up.
