Hi, If it's a Type IV motor, there is no gland nut. That is on a Type I motor. Type IV motors have five bolts that hold the flywheel or flex plate on. It could allow the shaft to move around. On Phrogbus it eventually led to the transmission seal to leak and one of the clutch surfaces to break free. And make sure you torque the gland nut properly.
