[T2] Steering - 73 bus

  Whoever is looking at this for you is missing something. I agree that you
need to crawl under the bus yourself and have someone turn the wheel back
and forth for you.
Maybe someone forgot to tighten the drop arm onto the gearbox. but multiple
times?
