Hi Sam,
There is an inner hub, front and rear halves, shims and the LARGE nut.  356/911 Porsche pulley washers and large nut are really far superior to VW ones.

I did a search om thesamba.com and found a reference to pelicanparts. I 
went there and see they make repro inner and outer generator pulley parts.
Are there other parts I need to make my pulley smaller?<<
