[VB] redux: Porsche Pulley

I did a search om thesamba.com and found a reference to pelicanparts. I 
went there and see they make repro inner and outer generator pulley parts.
Are there other parts I need to make my pulley smaller?
My 63 singlecab has a 3.88 R&P so I only turn 3000 RPM at 60 MPH, the 
oil temp will go up when it is hot (>85) outside.
