[VB] Carb adjustment

 Definitely check the choke.  What size jets are you using and do you have a set of jet gauges to make sure of the size.

Last week I made to
HCBF by a hair. 10 mpg and Cwis Slaymaker behind me
says I am blowing black
smoke. Poor power on hills, 2nd gear a few pulls
where Cwis said he only needed
3rd.
