[VB] Intermittent Turn signal indicator

Volks,

When I use the turn signal on my ‘67, it doesn’t always flash on the speedometer gauge cluster. The turn signal is working and I’m hearing a clicking, but most of the time: no indication that the indicator is indicating. 

I’m assuming this is just a bad ground somewhere, maybe on the column?  Anyone else ever experience this or something similar?
